Facility Use Request

Please complete this form to request use of the facility of Emmaus Road Reformed Church. This will allow us to ensure the space is available for use and assist you will your needs in setting up and using the space.

Your event will be reserved and placed on the church calendar only when the Consistory approves the use, and any fees have been paid.

Fees:
See the Facility Use Policy for a full list of facility use rental rates, cleaning fees, staffing fees, and AV equipment use fees. Emmaus Road Reformed Church may waive these fees for church members.

Cleaning:

Users of the building for non-regularly scheduled church activities are expected to leave the building clean and in the same condition that it was in prior to the event and must remove all items, trash, etc. associated with their usage immediately following the event. Alternatively, if approved by the Consistory, the user of the building can opt to pay a cleaning fee instead.
